RENTAL OPTIONS

Rental Payment Options:

Please consider using any of the following options to make payments for your rental:

  • Zelle

  • Checks/Cash

  • PayPal

Note: there will be a 3.5% fee added to any payments made with a debit or credit card.

THEATRE:

We rent the J. Nick Marzella Family Theatre for performances, classes and/or rehearsals. This black box style performance space has a sprung floor, lighting booth, and adjustable proscenium setting. 

  • Capacity: 96 seats, unfixed

  • Dimensions: 38’ wide and 42’ deep

  • Full Sound System

  • Lighting system with computer and manual dimmer board

  • Dressing rooms and a back stage area are available

  • The theatre is dressed in black roto-track drapes, has a white cyclorama, and a black traveler

  • Portable barres

  • Projector

Studios:

We rent our front studio for classes and/or rehearsals.

  • The front studio is 38’ x 44’ with mirrors on two sides

  • Sprung floor

  • Portable barres

Note: Due to the nature of Columbus Dance Theatre's School operations, these are the blackout time restriction for your rental or sublease:

  • Monday-Thursday 4:30-7:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am - 2:00 pm (Studios & Theatre)

Rates:

Theatre: $1,000/wk

30% non-refundable deposit to hold your dates: $300

Hire a tech for your show: $300/wk (in addition to rental fee)

Studio: $30 /hr
