Alexandra Napoli

Alexandra Napoli has been a dancer with Columbus Dance Theatre for 17 years. She was

appointed Rehearsal Director in 2025 where she will continue working with the company

assisting in rehearsals and helping the organization grow. She has enjoyed choreographing on

the company for their production of Dancers Making Dances for the last 10 years.

Alexandra is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She began her dance training in North

Versailles, PA at The Dance Company for the Performing Arts under the artistic direction of

Patricia McKeown. She attended Wright State University as a dance major before acquiring an

apprenticeship opportunity at Columbus Dance Theatre dancing in numerous roles with the

Company. In 2007, she joined the Canadian Pacific Ballet in British Columbia under co-artistic

directors Roberta Taylor and Graham McMonagle. After moving back to Columbus in 2011, she

returned to dance with Columbus Dance theatre where she enjoyed dancing in works by

directors Jaime Kotrba and Seth Wilson.

Alexandra has enjoyed teaching dance at Columbus Dance Theatre’s intensive workshops and

in the young children’s division. She is currently teaching at Dublin Dance Center and

Gymnastics where she teaches ballet and works with their performing company.
