Ways to Give and Support

Columbus Dance Theatre is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are able to operate through tax deductible donations made by people and corporations like you, that help to support our programming. Our professional dance company presents cutting edge, inspiring dance and family programming while our school operates on the belief that dance and art education should be available to all children through our “no child turned away” policy. It is also our aim to erase the stigma of boys in dance through our Boy’s Scholarship Program. The J. Nick Marzella Family Theater inside CDT’s home space is a black box theater for use by its Company, School and arts organization’s in the community. CDT keep the rental rates low and affordable to help promote art making in the community.

Your tax deductible donations go directly to our programs and helps us to continue educating and inspiring audiences and children through movement.

Contribute to our Student Scholarship Fund:

Through our “no child turned away” policy, CDT contributes an estimated $20,500 per year in scholarships and financial aid to students in both our Young Children’s Division and Intensive Training Program. It is a part of CDT’s mission to make quality dance education accessible to all students wanting to study. Through our “Boy’s Scholarship Program”, CDT aims to erase the stigma of boys in dance and give them the opportunity to express themselves through movement.
