The Duncan Studio (Downtown Location):

  • Full length mirrors on two sides

  • Portable ballet barres

The J. Nick Marzella Family Theatre (Downtown Location):

  • 96 seat capacity, unfixed

  • 38’ x 42’ sprung Marley floor

  • Full Bluetooth sound system

  • Lighting system with computer and manual dimmer board

  • Dressing rooms and a back stage area are available behind the stage

  • Portable ballet barres

Note: Due to the nature of Columbus Dance Theatre's School operations, these are the blackout time restriction for your rental or sublease:

  • Monday-Thursday 4:30-7:00pm

  • Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm (Studios & Theatre)

Rental Rates:

The Duncan Studio (Downtown Location):

  • Non profit/Long-term- $30/Hour

  • Regular- $40/Hour

The J. Nick Marzella Family Theatre (Downtown Location):

  • Non profit- $1,250/Week, $55/Hour, $250/Day

  • Regular- $1,400/Week, $60/Hour, $300/Day

*Please note: A tech person is required to use the lighting system.  You can hire one through Columbus Dance Theatre at $30/hour.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments made through Zelle, Paypal, and cash/check.
Note: there will be a 3.5% fee added to any payments made with a debit or credit card.
