Sarah Webb
Sarah Webb is a Columbus native and has been a member of Columbus Dance Theatre since the 2022–2023 season. She received her training at the BalletMet Dance Academy, where she graduated and joined the company as a trainee. During her time with BalletMet, she performed in productions including Dracula by David Nixon, The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty by Gerard Charles, Lynn Taylor-Corbett’s The Little Mermaid, and August Bournonville’s Napoli.
Sarah went on to train with Richmond Ballet, performing in The Nutcracker and dancing the role of Lise in An American in Paris. She then joined Ballet Palm Beach, where some of her favorite roles included Snow White in the title role, Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty, the Stepsister in Cinderella, Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Mercedes in Don Quixote, and Lady Capulet in Romeo & Juliet.
She has also had the pleasure of performing with the Lima Symphony Orchestra in their holiday production, appearing as a soloist in the roles of Coffee and The Sugar Plum Fairy.
Since joining Columbus Dance Theatre, she has performed featured roles such as Alice in Alice in Wonderland, Princess Katerina in Firebird, and Constance in The Three Musketeers.
In addition to her classical repertoire, Sarah has appeared in original works by choreographers including Jaime Kotrba, Emily Bass-Glinksi, Alfred Dove, and Eddie Taketa.
As with many dancers, Sarah is also passionate about teaching and is an instructor at New Albany Ballet Company.
