Deneese Steele- President
Deneese Steele has served on the Board of Directors at Columbus Dance Theatre since 2010. In her professional life, she is a cybersecurity leader, and serves as an Enterprise Information Security Manager in the State of Ohio’s Office of Information Security and Privacy. Deneese holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in English Literature from The Ohio State University. She’s the mother of a recent graduate of CDT’s Intensive Training Program, an avid runner in her free time, and she once took hip-hop classes at CDT with comical results. She and her family are proud to support the incredible art-making that happens everyday at Columbus Dance Theatre.

Tiffany Burton Duncan- Secretary
Tiffany Burton Duncan is the owner and director of Hammond Harkins Galleries in downtown Columbus. She has extensive experience in the non-profit world and especially loves supporting local arts. In addition to serving on the CDT Board, she is a member of the Franklin Park Conservatory Women’s Board, the Creative Mornings Columbus team, and a member of the Administrative Council at Bexley United Methodist Church.
